License grant

After purchase, LILJEHOLMEN DSP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TRUMSYNT-KIT and TRUMSYNT-16 for music and audio production. Each free download carries the same grant for its own 14-day trial period.

Audio output created with either instrument may be used freely in personal, commercial, commissioned, released, broadcast, and live productions.

License file

The full version is unlocked by an offline license file. There is no online activation, customer account, or in-plugin authorization flow.

On macOS:

~/Library/Application Support/Liljeholmen DSP/TRUMSYNT/TRUMSYNT.license

On Windows:

%APPDATA%\Liljeholmen DSP\TRUMSYNT\TRUMSYNT.license

A TRUMSYNT-16.license that is already installed in the earlier TRUMSYNT-16 folder keeps working where it is.

Keep a copy of your license file. See Your license for retrieval and installation instructions.

You may not share, publish, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your license file or license data.

Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the software or license file.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
• Do not use the software or license file to build a competing authorization, licensing, or distribution system.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where mandatory law gives you that right.

Updates

Version 1.x updates are included for each instrument. Lifetime updates and compatibility with every future operating system, host or hardware platform are not promised. An existing valid TRUMSYNT-16 license file opens both instruments at no extra cost.

Demo, delivery, and refunds

Lemon Squeezy handles payment as the legal seller. The license is delivered digitally. Each instrument is a download with every feature and its own 14-day trial, during which the audio is muted for 5 seconds every minute. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LILJEHOLMEN DSP disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LILJEHOLMEN DSP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, lost projects, business interruption, or other damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

Third-party components

The download packages include THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Those components remain subject to their respective license terms.

Brand

TRUMSYNT-KIT, TRUMSYNT-16 and LILJEHOLMEN DSP are product and brand names used by LILJEHOLMEN DSP. No trademark rights are granted by this software license.
