14-day trials

Download either instrument and try all its features before buying. During the trial, the audio is muted for 5 seconds every minute; after 14 days, a license is required for audio output. Each trial starts when you first open that instrument’s window, not when you download it. The trials are separate and require no purchase.

Withdrawal and digital delivery

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For immediate digital delivery, checkout asks for your express consent to begin delivery and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

The right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement, and you have received confirmation of the agreement including that consent and acknowledgement. Your statutory rights and Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms still apply. If you want to retain the withdrawal period, contact us about deferred delivery before purchasing.

Who issues the refund

Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller and handles payment and refunds. Its buyer terms apply to your purchase. Nothing on this page limits rights or refunds available under those terms.

If something is wrong

If a download, installation or license file does not work as expected, email hello@liljeholmendsp.se. Include your order ID, operating system, DAW version and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content are unaffected.

After a refund

A refunded order can no longer retrieve its license file. The license no longer authorizes use of either instrument, and you must delete it. Neither plug-in is disabled remotely: both use offline licensing.
