The plug-ins

Both instruments read the license file on your own disk. They do not send usage reports or require an internet connection while you play.

The website

We use Cloudflare to serve the website and protect it from abuse. The service processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver requests and provide security.

Our audio counters record daily totals for plays, halfway listens and WAV download clicks. Each counter contains a date, an event type, a file identifier and a count. These counters do not store your IP address, a browser identifier or the time of an individual event.

The site’s own pages and audio players do not set tracking cookies. Video players connect to YouTube only when you press play; YouTube then receives connection information and handles data under Google’s privacy policy.

Buying a license

Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller and processes payments. It collects purchase and payment information, including your name, email and billing details. Its privacy policy and buyer terms cover that processing. Liljeholmen DSP does not receive your card number.

License records

We keep a private license record in Cloudflare Workers KV so that we can deliver your license, help with an order and let you retrieve the file again. It includes your order ID and number, email, product entitlement, license ID and issue date, signed license, delivery link, download count and first and latest download times. It also records digital-delivery consent information, test-order status and any refund.

Orders that cannot be issued have an error record containing the order ID, email when available, reason and time of failure. Delivery indexes connect your license link and your email/order-ID lookup to the order.

License records are kept for as long as the product exists to support retrieval and customer service. They are not used for marketing. Retrieval uses your purchase email and order ID; it does not require an account.

Email

Messages sent to hello@liljeholmendsp.se are kept to answer your request and as a record of the support provided. There is no mailing list or newsletter.

Your data

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your license and support data. Keep your own copy of the license file before requesting deletion of a license record: deleting that record prevents future retrieval. Requests about payment records held by Lemon Squeezy go to Lemon Squeezy.
